Welcome

Welcome to Project Abhimanyu. This is an initiative that aims to provide free guidance and information to law students who do not have access to it due to any reason.

Project Abhimanyu endeavours to increase awareness about opportunities and career options available in the legal profession to students. It works assiduously with first generation lawyers and students from colleges that do not have a fully functional placement cell and guides them as they try to achieve their full potential and steer their career consciously. Project Abhimanyu also assists and contributes to the existing services available at academic and professional institutions that are working towards guiding students. It was started in July 2015 and we have so far guided students from more than 70 colleges all over India. It also endeavours towards sharing knowledge and seeking guidance from highly trained and experienced professionals in the legal profession for law students.

In the long run, Project Abhimanyu will work towards enriching the talent pool available to the legal profession.

We work towards this goal by providing one on one guidance to students over email/ phone/ face to face. We also conduct workshops in colleges where in we cover a wide area of topics related to the legal career. Please see our Workshops section to read about our workshops so far. If you would like us to conduct a workshop in your college, please write to us at project.abhimanyu@ gmail.com.

  1. Great initiative!
Seeing the current situation of the world it is important to have people who not only understand the law but also take this career to make a hallmark of success with a social cause. I believe this initiative will certainly provide a great support to coming generations of legal advisors and law makers.
I will be willing to support and extend my help.

  2. Great Effort for lesser privileged Legal aspirants who are left to swim, understand and fend for themselves in the ocean of Law and Legalese. A young advocate himself has to invest another rigourous 3-5years to become self taught on the functional, operational and practical Law by trial & error. This he station period I believe can be drastically reduced as well as made n times more effective, efficient and productive. The value for a great mentorship has never been less emphasised in our scriptures too be it epitomising characters like Eklavya, Abhimanyu, or similar others.
All the luck for forging ahead and transforming the Legal scenario from its very germination. I shall be glad to be available for any help or inputs in your inspiring venture if and when be required by you.
    Cheers!

  7. Madam, It would be more worthy, if the respective state bar councils assist u in organising seminars, classes , workshops etc at some centres. Nominal fees also could be charged. A participation certificate can be issued with the prior approval of bar council of india and /or state.
