Ms. Shelly Saluja is currently working at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited as a Deputy Legal Manager where she specializes in telecom litigation and mainly handles matters before the Supreme Court of India, TDSAT (Telecom Tribunal) and the Delhi High Court.
A 2009 graduate of National Law Institute University, Bhopal, she also obtained an LLM in Corporate and Financial Services Law from National University Singapore in 2013. She began her career as a litigation associate in the Chambers of Adv. Ankur Chawla, Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India and handled matters pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights, challenge to Government industrial/investment policies, matrimonial transfer petitions, cricket association petitions, etc. She then joined Reliance Industries Limited in an advisory and litigation role where she handled cases related to real estate, land acquisition and other land related disputes sub-judice before the Supreme Court of India.
She has also gained quality experience in the past working at Colin Ng & Partners LLP, Singapore, Lall Lahiri and Salhotra, Gurgaon, Chambers of Mr. Mahesh Jethmalani (Senior Counsel), Paras Kuhad and Associates, Bharti Tele-Ventures Limited, State Human Rights Commission and Consumer Forums.
Most importantly, she regularly writes quality legal articles that have been published in several reputed national and international journals.
