Mr. Pathik Arora is a lawyer and company secretary with over 16 years of experience. He is presently working as Head – Legal, Secretarial and Estate Management with InterGlobe Hotels Pvt. Ltd. InterGlobe Hotels is a joint venture between InterGlobe Enterprises and Accor Asia Pacific, to develop ‘ibis’ hotels in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, with currently 13 operational and 7 under construction hotels in India.
Mr. Arora specializes in real estate private equity investments, joint ventures and structuring; mergers & acquisitions, construction; development and leasing; real estate diligences, financing and funds. He also has wide experience in all aspects of Real Estate and Hospitality sector which includes management contracting, leasing, franchising, acquisition and disposal, sale and lease – backs.
