Mr. Harsh Shah is currently working towards clearing the California Bar Exam and has recently joined the firm Dholakia and Associates in July 2016. Dholakia and Associates is an American firm based in Southern California which specialises in workers’ compensation matters. He is also a solicitor registered with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society since 2012. A 2010 law graduate from Bombay University, he obtained an LLM in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2014.
Harsh began his legal career as an associate at Crawford Bayley and Co where his work focussed on corporate law. He then moved to Dinesh Dolas and Associates where he concentrated on a practice in real estate laws. He also worked at Hariani and Co as an associate focusing on a practice in corporate law. After qualifying as a solicitor, he joined the chambers of Mrs. A. S. Malvankar and worked mostly in litigation. Post his LLM, he joined back Crawford Bailey as an Associate and concentrated on corporate law practice.
In October 2015 he moved to California to write the California Bar examination and has since been based near Los Angeles.
