Ms. Sudha Munireddy is the Vice President – Legal at Hinduja Global Solutions (“HGS”).
Ms. Munireddy began her career more than 18 years ago as an independent lawyer and practised for four years in Bangalore. Subsequently she moved in-house and has since worked at some of the biggest names in corporate India including Dell, Infosys, Tejas Network and Sasken before joining Hinduja Global Solutions.
She is a versatile in-house counsel having handled matters related to diverse areas of law including corporate, commercial, real-estate/property, debt recovery, employment, international arbitration & litigation relating to technology and licensing disputes, and legal issues related to direct and indirect taxation, anti-dumping matters and contract management.
She has extensive experience in analysing, structuring, negotiating and closing sophisticated commercial transactions. She is well known in the industry for her strategic and analytical problem solving abilities. She has also formulated risk mitigation strategies, policies and built a variety of contract management tools, and driven automation projects to make the legal job simpler.
