Mr. Mathews Verghese is an Associate Partner at Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys. He is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune and completed his masters at Queen Mary University of London in Intellectual Property. He began his career at R.K. Dewan & Co in Mumbai and then moved to Delhi to work at Remfry & Sagar. Later he joined IP gurus which changed its name to Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys.
His areas of work include trademark prosecution, copyright prosecution, advisory opinions, formulating strategies for start-ups, managing portfolios, design prosecution, online take downs and criminal anti counterfeiting. He is a visiting faculty at Symbiosis College, Noida and also mentors several students in his spare time.
