Mr. Aravind Varma is a Manager – Legal & Regulatory at Max Healthcare. He was earlier working as a commercial litigator at Tuli & Co., associate office of Kennedys, UK. He is an alumnus of ICFAI Law School, Dehradun.
Aravind is part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Arbitration team, representing companies from across a wide range of sectors including renewable energy, hospitality, insurance and manufacturing. He handles all aspects of litigation, including development and implementation of case strategy, as well as, trial and appeals to/in the High Courts and Supreme Court of India.
Aravind focuses his practice primarily on complex civil and corporate litigations in addition to handling various domestic and international arbitration cases.
He started his career with K.R. Chawla & Co. and got first-hand experience in drafting of various pleadings and appearing before the courts. During his tenure with the firm, Varma assisted and represented the prestigious Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University for various educational matters.
He has also had a brief stint at Accenture Services Ltd., Bangalore where he advised and assisted in the drafting of various Consultation and Service Level Agreements.
