Ms. Rachna Shroff is a Senior Manager -Legal with SPS Group of Companies, Kolkata. With 7+ years of experience in Corporate laws dealing with banking laws, Arbitration, Consumer & criminal cases in multiple courts (including Apex court) she has a plethora of experience in a wide range of legal matters. Rachna is currently also looking into C.B.I matters & cases related to money laundering.

Rachna is a member of Calcutta High Court Bar Association. She started as a Legal -trainee in a finance company and eventually became the Head -Legal Department. She was one of reasons why the gap between the company’s policies and existing laws were kept to a minimum. She was also instrumental in shaping the working of the legal department of her company. Her way of handling cases and appearing before courts, briefing counsels, attempts at settlements and reporting to the management on a regular basis has been acknowledged and highly appreciated.

After 6 years, Rachna took a plunge to pursue her higher studies. She completed her MBA -HR from Sri Sri University, Odisha as a Gold Medalist. Acknowledging her Legal knowledge and her excellent speaking abilities, she took up a Workshop on Law & Judiciary for the students of final year pursuing Masters in Good Governance and Public Policy in her own University. The workshop turned out to be one of it’s kind and was a grand success.

Rachna continues with her passion of writing by posting articles and blogs, where she explains some of the most complex legal issues in her own style.
