Mr. Johnson Gomez, the Managing Partner Of Lexpertians has an experience of 25 years in the legal field. His litigation practice area includes- defending employers and employees in labor and employment litigation, class action wage and hour litigation, commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. He further defends businesses and individuals involved in civil, administrative or criminal investigations or proceedings. Johnson is standing counsel for several state institutions.
His enthusiasm towards Arbitration made him to pursue whole time arbitration practice. He was admitted as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), UK. He has presided as sole arbitrator in domestic cases; Small claims finance arbitration and international arbitrations.
Mr. Gomez has contributed various articles on different issues relating to law. Several of the cases that he argued are reported in the law journals. He also lectures at law schools and conferences.
A native of Kollam, Johnson did is a BAL, LL.B from Government Law College Trivandrum, and later an LL.M from the Mahatma Gandhi University. He enrolled as an Advocate in 1992.
