Mr. Abhimanyu Chopra is an Advocate at AZB & Partners, Noida. He has an active practice in the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Hon’ble Mumbai High Court and Other Lower Tribunals in Delhi, Mumbai and Goa where he handles cases related to Competition Law, Cyber Laws, Gaming Laws, IPR, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Electronic Commerce, Technology Laws and Arbitration.
He obtained a B.A.LL.B from Amity Law School and thereafter obtained an LLM in Business Laws from New Law College, Bharti Vidyapeeth University. He is presently pursuing his PhD in Constitutional and Cyber Laws from Amity University, Noida.
He is credited with creating the Official Delhi High Court App for Android Platform. He has also authored a book on Cyber Laws and has written a number of articles for various publications. As a student, he participated in several national and international moot court competitions including the Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot (twice) and has judged a number of international and national level moot court competitions.
