Mr. Nitin Suri is Senior Counsel – Legal (Commercial and Litigation) with Tata Communications Limited with over 12 years of post-qualification experience comprising of stints with practicing lawyers, IP boutique law firm and organizations into telecom, information communications technologies, cloud, healthcare infra, internet of things (IoT), consumer electronics products and services.
Provides legal advisory support to entire enterprise sales segment for India region with shared support in APAC region, healthcare services business vertical, IoT business vertical and Global Partnership Programme vertical (which deals with alliances with system integrators in the IT and telecom space) along with being legal business partner for other shared support services within the organization such as HR, Corporate Services, Corporate Social Responsibility, Taxation, Marketing etc.
His projects involve mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts, employment laws, intellectual property laws, legal advisory to business, and shared support functions, with an additional focus on automation, IoT and healthcare specific issues in the industry
