Project Abhimanyu

Hemant Bhadana is a practicing Intellectual Property, Commercial and Corporate lawyer currently working at SK Attorneys Delhi. Hemant is also working as an Independent Contractor (“International Business Consultant”) and handling India operations for India Global Advisors ("IGA"), a U.S. based global business advisory and consulting group, by assisting U.S. firms to enter and expand their business in India and vice-versa.

Hemant holds an LLM Degree in Intellectual Property Laws From Queen Mary University of London and B.A.LLB(H) from Maharishi Dayanand University Rohtak (University Topper). He has also worked With Max Healthcare Institute Limited at company’s corporate office where he worked with the legal team responsible for managing legal disputes of the company across India. He has also been advising various startups and SMEs towards effectively protecting their Intellectual Property Rights in India and
Overseas.

Hemant is associated with numerous organisations and actively involved in rendering services to such organisations. He is a Member of YSIAC Singapore International Arbitration Centre and Bar Council of Delhi. He is also providing legal services as a volunteer to United Nations Volunteers and regularly attends workshops and conferences at national and international level.
