Karan Gehlot is a practising commercial and corporate lawyer at SK Attorneys, Delhi and earlier worked in the dispute resolution team at Wadia Ghandy & Co., where he handled numerous domestic arbitrations and real estate matters. He has gained relevant practical experience in the corporate & commercial team at Capital Solicitors LLP, London and also got an opportunity to work with Kennedys & Norton Rose Fulbright, one of the top law firms globally.

Prior to his Master of Laws (LL.M) from Queen Mary University of London, Karan has worked with leading practitioners and prominent law firms, which has given him an intuitive understanding of the practical aspects of legal compliances, dispute resolution and commercial laws prevalent in India / abroad. This on-ground experience, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of international commercial and intellectual property laws gained at Queen Mary University has helped him deliver quality service at par with international standards to renowned clients in various sectors.

He is also involved in advising few foreign holdings & operating company structures on commercial and business parameters. With his extensive knowledge in e-commerce, he has been actively involved in providing services to start-ups and major e-commerce players.

Karan is also working as an Independent Contractor (“International Business Consultant”) and handling India operations for India Global Advisors ("IGA"), a U.S. based global business advisory and consulting group, by assisting U.S. firms to enter and expand their business in India and vice-versa. Karan has been providing his services to UN Volunteers, India and looking forward to work with UN, Geneva. He has been actively involved as member of Singapore International Arbitration Centre (YSIAC, Singapore) and provides quality and neutral arbitration services to international business and legal communities. Further, Karan writes quality legal articles on emerging issues such as “Euthanasia, Application of Tax Rules in Multinational Enterprises and GDPR Key Changes” that have been published in several reputed national journals and LinkedIn.
