Ms. Debolina Saha Narayan is a dual qualified lawyer (England and Wales and India) presently based in Hong Kong. She is also the Founder of Internship Bank, a platform that aims to provide internship opportunities to students.
She has prior in-house experience as Senior Legal Counsel (APAC Region) from Cantor Fitzgerald and significant experience in advising issuers as well as underwriters on various MTN Programme establishments, updates and drawdowns from Allen & Overy in Hong Kong.
She has worked in firms in India, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, in areas of general corporate, capital markets, and banking and finance law. She has also been invited as a guest faculty in some of India’s top law schools and fluently speak three Indian languages
